EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• From April 2022: Full Professor in “Animal Nutrition and feeding” – University of Milan.
• From October 2022: Supervisor of the sensory analysis Lab of the Experimental Zootechnical Centre of Lodi.

Research and application of knowledge in animal nutrition and feeding aimed at improving animal welfare and the quality of animal-derived products within the framework of sustainable livestock production systems. Scientific activity includes participation in national and international research projects and the authorship of more than 120 publications, including 71 indexed in the Scopus database (citations: 1,807, H-index: 26), focused on Animal Nutrition and Feeding.
