Research Network on EU Administrative Law (ReNEUAL) - ReNEUAL è una rete di ricerca internazionale che si occupa di approfondire tematiche di ricerca del c.d. diritto amministrativo dell'UE. L'obiettivo generale di ReNEUAL è sviluppare una comprensione del diritto pubblico dell'UE che garantisca che i valori costituzionali dell'Unione siano presenti e rispettati in tutti i casi di esercizio di potere pubblico. Come primo passo verso questo obiettivo i gruppi di lavoro RENEUAL hanno sviluppato Le regole del modello ReNEUAL sulla procedura amministrativa dell'UE, che hanno l'obiettivo di rafforzare i principi generali del diritto comunitario e identificare, sulla base della ricerca di un'analisi comparativa, le migliori pratiche esistenti sia a livello di istituzioni UE (e con riferimento alle diverse aree d'azione e alle diverse politiche), sia al livello degli Stati membri.
