Abstract:
Spectroscopic technique (from VIS to IR range) were tested for a rapid selection of grapes entering the wineries. These methods could be a valid and simple tool to reduce analytical time and cost of monitoring these compounds in the assessment of ripeness at grape receiving in wine industry.
