Il nostro programma di ricerca si occupa di studiare a livello molecolare gli enzimi coinvolti nell'ubiquitinazione. In particolare, la E3 ligasi Nedd4 e le deubiquitinasi che sono convolte nel processo di endocitosi del recettore dell’EGF, EGFR (2013 - )
Infine un ulteriore obiettivo del programma è: stabilire la connessione tra l'EGFR e alcuni trasportatori di membrana che abbiamo trovato ubiquitinati dopo stimolazione con l'EGF. (2013 - )
Un altro obiettivo del programma di ricerca è: caratterizzare un dominio funzionale che abbiamo identificato in Miosina VI, capace di interagire sia con clatrina che con l’ubiquitina. Capirne la funzione nei processi di internalizzazione in cui Miosina (2013 - )
