"Food and Fun": consumi alimentari e stili di vita dei bambini della scuola primaria. Analisi e ricerca su modelli di intervento per la prevenzione dell'obesità e soprappeso

~~The aim of this study is to investigate how some sensory and psychophysical variables such as liking and neophobia attitude can influence consumer’s food behaviour and nutritional status through an educational intervention. The program, carried out at primary school, provides the consumption of healthy foods (e.g. fruit and vegetable), reducing the intake of unhealthy products, with the ultimate goal of understanding the relationship between food choices and obesity and overweight.
