Academic career
1998: graduated at the Law Faculty of Università degli Studi di Milano with a dissertation entitled “I security interest in cerca di una ragione: il dibattito nella dottrina americana”(The security interests under question: the American debate); evaluation: 110/110 cum laude.
1999: obtained the Diplôme Supérieur de Droit Comparé, Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé de Strasbourg (France), by successfully completing the third cycle on the Vienna Convention on International Sales of Goods.
1999-2000: visiting scholar at Institut de Droit Comparé - Paris II, with a scholarship by the Università degli Studi di Milano.
2005: Ph.D. in Comparative private law at Università degli Studi di Trento, with a thesis on “L’informazione come bene. Analisi dell’esperienza francese” (Information as property. An analysis of the French experience).
Since 2005: tenured researcher of Private comparative law at the Law Faculty of the Università degli Studi di Milano.
