Abstract:
This article shows the contribution of a textometric analysis based on comparable corpora to a translational analysis focused on translation training. Examples of textometric units will be described in relation to the concept of translation unit. Textometrics and translation will be actually conceived as contextualised operations of meaningful units identification and interpretation.
