Abstract:
events in the first year after lung transplantation significantly impact long term graft outcome and patient's survival. Therefore, we profiled the miRNome in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid of LTx patients to identify preclinical biomarkers of early graft dysfunction.
