Analysis of Factors that Influences on Decision About Retirement Age

This work explores problems connected with retirement age decision. Russian and foreign works were studied; also analysis of statistic data about working activity of elderly is done. The study revealed the next factors that influence employment: individual attitude, financial situation, family situation, last workplace. Analysis of potential influence of pension reforms on retirement age shows data about role of the formal rise of official retirement age and financial stimulation of increasing of it.
