Author's aim is to give a contribution in specifying the breed, attitude, age, sex and constitution factors that can be find more frequently in cardiopathic dogs. The authors recorded all the reports concerning the cardiopathic examination and the collateral tests (ECG, RX, Echo, etc.) of 813 dogs examinated from 1.1.1985 to 31.12. 1988. The data have been filed and elaborated by computer. It has been possible to get significant results concerning the history of cardiopathic dogs and the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in this animal
