Abstract:
Aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of rice milk dietary supplementation in weaning piglets on growth and antioxidant activity. Rsesults indicate that milk rice may have positive effects on piglet growth supplemented in nursing phase or during the immediate post weaning period. The benefit on growth does not seem to be related to the antioxidant activity of some milk rice components.
