La penetrazione della romanī nei gerghi italiani: un approccio geolinguistico

The article discusses the Romani loanwords in the Italian jargons from a geo-linguistic point of view. The increase of the knowledge about the different dialects of Italian Romani allows a better and deeper analysis of the Romani lexical items present in many Italian jargons. The article shows in which way the mapping of the origin of the different Romani loanwords can be realized and demonstrates that through such a dialectological analysis it is possible to reconstruct the main historical relationships between jargon speaking groups and Romani speaking groups in the variegated landscape of the Italian social marginality.
