Minorités visibles ou invisibles ? Une formule aux enjeux polémiques

This study aims to explore the issues related to the expression “visible minority” in Quebec context. Indeed, despite its frequency, the meaning of the term “visible minority” is the subject of debate and criticism, whether from institutions or citizens, and the outlines of which are often controversial. We therefore propose to verify whether the expression can be considered as a discur- sive formula and to study a corpora constituted by technodiscourses (tweets) in order to analyse the way in which users question and negotiate the meaning of the formula.
