Il lavoro agile: criticità emergenti e proposte per una riforma

The Authors present the Research they have scientifically edited on the conditions of agile and remote workers in Information & Communication Technology sector. The essay illustrates the data of the Research and, starting from them, analyses the main legal criticalities of Law n. 81/2017 and of the recent “National Protocol on Agile Work" signed by social partners and promoted by the Ministry of Labour, in order to propose some interventions to reform the law.
