Questo studio traslazionale mira a identificare i meccanismi molecolari coinvolti nella progressione della malattia dei neoplasmi neuroendocrini (NEN) che portano a benefici in termini di aspettativa di vita e risorse evitando terapie inefficaci. L'obiettivo è realizzare un progetto integrato, partendo dai pazienti, rafforzando i risultati sui possibili fattori di progressione all'interno delle cellule e provando i dati ottenuti in un modello animale, attraverso tre studi paralleli.
