The University of Milan is a co-beneficiary partner contributing to workstreams 1 and 4 of the project (DG JUST 2011/2012). The aim of the project is both to evaluate the impact of the CFR on national legal systems with a special focus on the CFR provisions concerning social rights and to consider its application by EU Institutions and Court of Justice. The University of Milan will then prepare and co-edit a book made up of essays and contributions coming from all the partners involved in this workstream, dealing with the content, meaning, legal features of social rights provided for in the CFR, and their impact on the legal order and practice of a significant number of EU member States.
