Project The project focuses activities on the crop production system by analyzing:
- The possible improvements in the use of inputs, with particular reference to water management and fertilization;
- The possibility of improving efficiency through the genetic variability of crop water use and fertilizer, as well as resistance to adversity, allowing a reduction of pesticides;
- Testing of innovative technologies for the valorisation of residues and effluents of the agricultural system, including livestock production, aimed at energy production and conservation, and increasing the availability of nutrients for the plants they contain.
