The project wants to realize some activities aimed at ensuring greater sustainability in the medium and long term. Actions will be carried out with the aim to improve the marketing skills of the sector through support to marketing of the products, the promotion of cooperative sales and marketing channels at the local level, including through networks of direct purchase by the consumer. At the same time it provides for the execution of interventions aimed at increasing the demand for organic products in the local market, to raise awareness of civil society in relation to the organic method of production and responsible consumption, to increase the visibility of the sector - reinforcing its image and its recognition among consumers - and to contribute to the incorporation of biological consumption in eating habits of society.
