La gestazione per altri come diritto di scelta (professionale) individuale

In this paper, I present the proposal of a new model of surrogacy, the professional model, suggested by Ruth Walker e Liezl van Zyl. The paper is divided in two parts. In the first part, I show the theoretical and ethical framework of this proposal and the wea- knesses of the two main models of surrogacy, the altruistic and the commercial model. In the second part, I illustrate in which sense the professional model can be a model morally more appreciable.
