Abstract:
Even though norms are not apophantic sentences, nonetheless it is possible to explore the possibility that it would be meaningful to put norms in relation with truth. The essay investigates the so called foundation thesis. According to the foundation thesis, truth is neither a predicate of norms nor a product of norms, but a foundation of norms.
