Abstract:
The essay attempts to define the role of reminiscences from latin authors in the works of the Russian pre romantic poet M. N. Murav'ev and of other poets of his school.
Relying on archive matherials, it shows that they shared the humanistic attitude towards the major authors of Francesco Petrarca.
