Trattato "costituzionale" europeo e ordinamenti costituzionali nazionali : profili di un rapporto circolare di continua e reciproca "relazione-integrazione"

This article in a law review represents an effort to investigate the European integration process by analyzing the relationship between the Constitutional Treaty (now abandoned) and the different National Constitutions. It adopts the heuristic methods of the complex theory and of the circular reflexive and autopoietic nature of law developed by Luhmann and Teubner and looks for a foundation of the European unity on a European “logos”.
