La giustificazione pubblica e il valore della verità

This article concerns M.P. Ferretti’s attempt to find an authoritative place for truth and science within the boundaries of public justification. I question the value conferred to truth within her perspective, arguing that assigning either intrinsic or instrumental value to truth may be problematic for her account. I suggest that a possible way out to this dilemma is to consider truth of constitutive value for public justification.
