This comment deals with two topics of the book entitled Principios jurídicos implícitos by Juan Pablo Alonso: (i) the distinction between hard and easy cases of conflicts among legal norms; and (ii) the ways in which jurists construe implied legal principles, and which is (if existing) an explicative model of such constructions.
