Abstract:
The study were to assess if the analitycal methodology used can detect the levels of cortisol in saliva, serum and feces and to evaluate the correlation between serum, feces and saliva cortisol levels. The analitycal procedures used could be used as references in subsequent studies in the species of marine mammal.
