Homology modelling

Homology/comparative modeling of proteins is the most accurate approach aimed at predicting their structure, when experimental data are not available yet. In my presentation, I will introduce participants to the most up-to-date homology modeling strategies  with specific applications to protein targeting and drug discovery.
