Abstract:

How do we research EU policies? Which policies and policy processes do we analyse? How do we structure our research? In this section, I report the results from a survey of the EU policy literature. I analyse the substantive coverage of the literature and the structure and methods that we use. I conclude with four recommendations for future research.
