Attacchi cibernetici e cyber war : considerazioni di diritto internazionale

The reconstruction, origin and characterization of cyber attacks are often doubtful. Since cyber attacks are not regulated by specifically devoted international legal tools, the identification of the applicable legal regime is controversial. This essay seeks to assess whether and upon which conditions cyber attacks constitute international wrongful acts and how the jus in bello principles apply to those attacks ascribable to the notion of cyber war.
