Anomia y Estado de derecho

The rapporteur presents an elaborate presentation of the main thesis in the fifteen papers on the topic. She distinguishes several meanings of the concept of anomie in order to connect this concept to the notion of the Crisis of Law on two main fronts: the crisis of the rule of Law and the crisis of the Constitutional State. Both fronts include themes from most of the presentations.
