In order to investigate the correlation between cultural differences and fundamental rights it is necessary to study the transformation that it has been producing in contemporary law and legal culture, to examine the role of politics in encouraging, addressing and leading this process, not forgetting the request of other legal cultures to be recognized in the dialogue about human rights.
