Interaction, and issues of interactions, in Ceva’s view seems to be more relevant than those of outcome, to manage conflict. Ceva sees her normative proposal as carving out a space between theories of conflict resolution and conflict containment to show the importance the idea of interactive justice has for complementing existing notions of how value disagreements should be handled by social institutions.
