Competitività ed equità : il modello svedese

The article offers an overview of the fundamental dimensions of the Swedish Welfare State, namely those which are in the focus of the analysis of Labour Law scholars: labour market and employee relationship regulation, unemployment insurance and other unemployment benefits. The attention to the "Swedish model" is justified by its capacity to ensure, even in times of crisis, both country's competitiveness and high levels of social equality.
