Abstract:
This thesis offers an analysis of the "Pflichtdelikte". First, the Author considers the structure of this category and its effects on the german law system: in particular, the distinction between principals and secondary participants. Finally, the Author will analyze the relationship between Pflichtdelikte and italian law system: special attention is paid to the crimes considered by the Criminal Code and the theories concerning complicity.
