Report of the concrete outcomes of the Minerva Project "Project of study of the electronic European Language Portfolio (ELP)” - Reference number 110649-CP-1-2003-1-IT-MINERVA-MPP addressed to the CoE. As planned, our concrete outcome is a multilingual digital ELP, which is freely downloadable at the Project Web page by all the European educational institutions (in particular, by language teachers and students) willing to use it. The European Language Passport (ELP) is a sort of language passport, strongly supported by the European policies for mobility and transparency of certifications (see CEFR and the EUROPASS). We implemented, tested and disseminated it, and partners themselves are starting to use it on a regular basis in their foreign language courses. We would like to underline that the output of our Project is a concrete pedagogical tool at free disposal of a huge target group.
