Abstract:
Analysis of the Italian jurisprudence trends on judicial review of so called technical discretion, in relation to the developments in course in the context of European Union jurisprudence, which is trying to make the intensity of its judicial review on antitrust fines in line with the doctrine of full jurisdiction, as elaborated by the European Court of Human rights.
