Abstract:
This thesis examines the mandatory rule’s reasons and fall-outs in labour relations: fairness and social justice base the State intervention. Nevertheless, global economy and globalisation pushing for case-by-case opting out and proximity bargaining. This essay analyses especially art. 8 l. n. 148/2011. Now specific agreements can regulate labour relations in several sectors, without the rule of law.
