The research focuses on the evolution of the family in constitutional law. The basic thesis of this research is based on the belief that the legal debate about equality between men and women, and the most recent one, on same-sex unions has several connection points, often referred in the text, and adherence to a single paradigm that can be defined as "masculine" and "heterosexual".
