Abstract:
In order to prevent abnormalities of fetal growth still characterizing pregnancies complicated by Gestational Diabetes (GDM), in the present study we evaluated a therapeutic strategy for GDM based on ultrasound (US) measurement of fetal insulin-sensitive tissues.
