Profili costituzionali delle comunicazioni elettroniche nell'ordinamento multilivello

This monograph concerns the legal rules of the electronic communications sector and their impact on the Italian Constitution. The analysis is organized on three levels: the international one (having specific regard to ITU and WTO, the European one (with examination of New Regulatory Framework) and the national level. The objective of the work is double: from a methodological side, it is to prove the necessity of multilevel analysis and from a substantial side, it is the examination of existing tools of governance.
