Abstract:
“Sponge-like” dressings based on chitosan glutamate and sodium hyaluranate solutions loaded with platelet lysate were developed. They were prepared by freeze-drying
and characterized for hydration and mechanical properties. Cell proliferation properties of dressings were investigated in vitro and compared with those of platelet
lysate alone.
