Le politiche attive del lavoro in Lombardia

The essay analyses the active labour policies adopted by Lombardy and their evolution. Lombardy has created a model of management of employment services, through the «dowry system» which allowed to combine regional and national measures. A system that has recently been strengthened with a view to implementing the «Employability Guarantee for Workers (GOL)» programme, funded by the European Union, which now represents the fulcrum of the active labour policies in Italy.
