The book analyzes, in the first part, the process of liberalization of European Air Transport. It also deals with the case Malpensa and Alitalia. The second part examines the right to security of passengers and the rules for the prevention of illegal acts in civil aviation. The last part is devoted to an analysis of the relationship between EC regulations and the Montreal Convention, in light of the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice.
