Abstract:
This paper focuses on Chinese Lexicography as an object of study adopting the perspective of Critical Analysis of Lexicographical Discourse (Rodriguez Barcia 2012; Chen 2019; Bertulessi 2022). Firstly, it sets out the distinctive elements of this theoretical and methdological approach; secondly, the paper provides a discussion regarding the possibility of studying and analysing Chinese lexicographical discourse from this perspective.
