The paper focuses on role of experts committee on legislation. To this end, the paper is divided into three parts. The first part analyses different ways of dialogue between experts and legislative power. The second part focuses on the impact of the experts committee decisions on pandemic legislation. Finally, the last part of the study focuses on the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which opens up new scenarios in the relationship between science and law.
