This course is addressed to operators operating along the fish supply chain in Oman. The course will deal
with the sustainable management of marine resources, with particular reference to the differentiation of
fish species, the nutritional characteristics of the different fish species and the effects on a correct diet. The
second part of this course will be taught by two aquaculture experts to illustrate the new fronts of
aquaculture and the operating methods for shrimp production.
