Exploiting synergy in molecular targeted anticancer chemotherapy: synthesis, optimization, mechanism of action determination and biological validation in cellular and animal models of novel molecules targeting convergent metabolic pathways in cancer

Project
Il progetto ha come scopo generale quello di promuovere l’uso di razze autoctone di polli e galline ovaiole in sistemi alternativi di allevamento, tramite lo sviluppo di ibridi con elevata efficienza di produzione. In particolare, il programma di ricerca assegnato all’unità UNIMI riguarda la valutazione della qualità delle uova, del profilo nutrizionale di albume e tuorlo e delle proprietà tecnologiche del misto d’uovo. Verranno inoltre svolti test sensoriali di accettabilità dei prodotti (uova e carne di pollo) derivanti dal progetto e indagini di marketing per valutare la propensione dei consumatori all’acquisto di tali prodotti.
