Il progetto si propone l’obiettivo di riutilizzare la CO2 dall'atmosfera in modo elettrocatalitico, attraverso la reazione di riduzione dell'anidride carbonica, impiegando energia elettrica da fonti rinnovabili. L'obiettivo principale è lo sviluppo di materiali catalitici in grado di produrre selettivamente prodotti chimici ricchi di energia, liquidi e facilmente trasportabili.
