Impact of Notch signaling on extracellular vesicles-mediated tumor progression in multiple myeloma (2º anno)

Il Progetto si propone di studiare il ruolo che in tale comunicazione patologica rivestono le vescicole extracellulari e la possibile influenza esercitata in questa comunicazione aberrante dal pathway oncogenico di Notch. Si utilizzeranno a questo scopo saggi in vitro, in modelli murini singenici e in cellule primarie da pazienti.
