Project

The project's objective is the development of novel polymeric materials based on cross-linked polyamidoamines for the quantitative, reversible and selective absorption of inorganic obnoxious pollutants for both human being and envitonment. The aim is to design target-oriented resins for the treatment of polluted drinking waters (either central plants or domestic equipment) and industrial sites. A second objective is to produce sensitive coatings for the fast monitoring of pollutants in case of emergency , in underdeveloped countries.
