Giasone e i del Maino : Dai privilegi della corte sforzesca alla valorizzazione della professione legale

The article illustrates the social position and the events of the original family of the famous jurist Giason Del Maino, a family very close to the ducal court and the Sforza, already involved in banking activities. Compared to this condition, Giasone had a brilliant career relying on a distinct training and a particular enhancement of the legal profession, also holding political and diplomatic positions with the dukes of Milan.
